I just can't use a tool, I have premium and nothing helps from forums, seems like bug on the system.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Write a prompt

Expected result:

Some kind of message back

Actual result:

long waiting and then Something went wrong. If this issue persists please contact us through our help center at help.openai.com.

Additional information

Browser: Tried all and also cleared all cache
OS: Windows 10

You might try something as simple as turning your modem/router off and back on again. Otherwise, it might be worth checking the Network tab of your browser's dev tools. That might at least give you some hints as to what isn't connecting properly, and then perhaps there will be something in your network configuration that sticks out after that. It can be hard to say!

If you're comfortable with it, you might try a total network reset too, but I understand that's kind of an extreme option!
