#Suddenly logged out, and now there is no way to sign into ChatGPT

I was in the middle of creating a voiceover scripts when suddenly everything went blank?
I have tried refreshing the page, clearing browser cache and and even tried to enter ChatGPT from the OpenAI website but I am still greeted with this blank 3.5 screen with no Sign in options

its just the chat box with nothing else visible. an option to create a new chat is present but nothing happens when selected. when attempting to interact with chat gpt 3.5 you get an error. when attempting to change from chat gpt 3.5 to chat gpt 4 you get asked to upgrade, and clicking upgrade does nothing. it is clear the service is having issues on the backend, and that the login servers and potentially other services are down

Steps taken:
Logged in.
saw it was like this, tried to refresh page, or try anything with the gui interface with no results.
Logged out
Logged back in
it was still like this

Expected result:
see previous chats, ability to swap between versions, access plugins, access account information

Actual result:
none of the above works or is displayed
