Dall-E-3 API error "The input prompt cannot be handled by the engine." | OpenAI | Page 1

Steps to reproduce

Repeatedly submit requests to Dall-E-3 API. Prompt doesn't seem to matter, but for example, "A person in a field". Only tested response_format="b64_json"

Expected results

an image or one of three content filtering error messages ("your request was rejected", "this request has been blocked by content filters", etc)

Actual result

Most of the time, between 5-50% of "batched" (parallel) requests give: Error code: 400 - {'error': {'code': None, 'message': 'The input prompt cannot be handled by the engine.', 'param': None, 'type': 'invalid_request_error'}}, which sounds more like a server misconfiguration than a user error or content filtering

Additional information

First observed this March 24 or so. Variance of occurrence is high; may depend on time of day or other factors. Happens both square & wide, vivid & natural, hd & standard

This seems to have been fixed, I haven't seen it for the last 24 hours or so.
