I was charged two times for my ChatGPT Plus subscription. The card I'd setup for the subscription ran empty, so I renewed the subscription with a different card. Later when I topped up the account associated with the original card, the subscription amount was also deducted. I reached out to OpenAI customer support to try and get a refund on the extra charge and they cancelled my subscription then ghosted me.
This wasn't what I wanted, so I renewed the subscription.
I may now have been charged 3 times for the same subscription.
I still want to get a refund on the extra charges. Any advice on what to do?
