Can't access GPT-4 and all chat history is not showing. Treating my account as a free version | OpenAI | Page 1

All day everything has fine has been working fine. Opened the tab with ChatGPT and when it refreshed, everything changed and:
Only have access to GPT-3.5
Can't see chat history
Can't logout
Can't access GPT-4
Can't access custom GPT's

Does not matter browser (Chrome & FireFox) both give me same results

Screenshot is all I can see now.
