Yea same here. I've turned off VPN, cleared browser cache, logged out and in, and I still keep getting it as well. I should have been done with my task in 3-5 minutes and I started this half an hour ago..

This isn't the first time either, it happens semi frequently, it's frustrating and feels like a waste of my time & money

# glass burrow how do they fix this & do they provide you with some sort offinancial credit?

fix it? I've never gotten actual support beyond a bot that asks me if I cleared cache, vpn is off, using a browser not a software, etc. you know, the IT equivalent of "turn it off and on" crap that I always do before going to support anyways, and then get no responses further. I provide screenshots for them and everything too.

I just have to wait it out until it starts working again, but for me it is most frequent when dealing with an Agent (GPT) alongside an image upload, but usually a few days after I started a conversation. The only workaround I have found is to start a new one, but that is only temporary, and I have to basically walk through a number of corrective prompts in a new conversation, despite having documentation that literally instructs the process step for step. I legit have to lay out and state the instructions anyways, with multiple re rolls until it finally does what it did the last 50 times I have done this. I also don't have the Memory feature to retain any of these preferences, but who knows if that would work anyways.

I have a much faster and better experience using any service that already uses GPT in it. Perplexity is a good example.

I would prefer it works IN ChatGPT on it's own cause I've used it the longest, it feels the most intuitive for me. But these bugs are insane
