I originally created an account with my work email by mistake. I then added my personal email to that account in the hopes that I could make it the primary owner, but that was not possible. I’ve left my job and no longer have access to my work email. I canceled that subscription, but now when I try to subscribe to Plus with my personal account, it fails because my personal account is associated with the old one.
Steps to reproduce:
- Create an account with one email address and subscribe to Plus.
- Under team settings (?) associate a second email with the the account.
- Cancel the plus subscription for the first account and log out.
- Log in with the second account.
- Attempt to sign up for plus.
Expected result:
The subscription is created and I have access to Plus features.
Actual result:
The subscription is created but trying to access Plus gives error messages.
