Hi Kim! Do you have any custom instructions active on your account by chance? If you're not sure, on desktop you can find custom instructions by clicking your name, then "Customize ChatGPT".

Hi, this is what it says . Is it talking about more instruction than I already gave as shown in the first image?
Also I use chatgpt4 for images and text/content so I do not know how to answer the questions in that window that pops up after I click ok.

And this error issue has just started a couple weeks ago. before I had no problems with it giving me image results. I only get errors on Dall-E 3

So it looks like you haven't used custom instructions yet, which is totally fine, I just wanted to check as sometimes they can interfere!
To try a different troubleshooting step: can you test just a very simple image prompt like "draw a picture of an apple"? Does that also give the error?

It created that image
So I tried another one but still sinple and it gave me that error again
I tried "coloring book illustration of girl doing yoga" and it created that one also. so its only creating super simple prompts. So I asked chatgpt to create the prompt for me and it was a long paragraph of a prompt. I put it into chatgpt and it created the coloring image so I guess I need to give it the prompt I have and let it create a long one and use it.
ok I hit the regeneration button on this image that it did create and I got that error again so this time it didn't accept its own prompt. I'm very confused over what its doing.
