ChatGPT webpage not loading most content; not responding to message input

Steps to reproduce:

Open https://chat.openai.com

Expected result:

A full webpage with no missing features.

Actual result:

A stub of a webpage missing almost all visual features and having no functionality.

Additional information

Browser: Firefox
OS: Windows 11
I disabled multiple extensions in different combinations and got the same result.

Hey! As a test, can you try in a private window of Firefox with all extensions disabled?

It works but I doubt it's due to extensions

Okay suddenly it works on the non-private browser too

I re-enabled the extensions and it still works

The issue completely resolved itself with no steps taken on my part
