Im truly not ok with this.
- tried to enable auto-increment and it denied it. Invalid card it said.
- topped up a 100 dollar, went through without issues (of course, it’s not the first bill I pay with that card!)
- top up is NOWHERE visible. It says what the next bill will be and I got an email saying I topped up 100 bucks. But in the online platform NOTHING tells me how much credit I actually have. Instead I need to go to the „usage overview“ to see my credit in the „credit grants“
This all is a total shame, I’m sorry. You want the money ahead before using it, aren’t providing an actual working interface for that and make it utterly unintuitive to follow with your requirements.
Plus, on top, apart of charging taxes (ok) your system now tells me I’ve 99.61 usd available when I deposited clearly 100usd and paid 100+ taxes
Somehow it decided I already used 39 cents of that top up even if I still have not used a single call.
This is utterly unprecedented and unprofessional. And your non-existence in terms of support makes it so much reassuring you won’t just be gone tomorrow with all that „pay in advance“ money you must be gathering now.
