Dual Low-Quality Outputs

Dear OpenAI Support Team,

I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out to share feedback and report a specific issue I've encountered while using the image generation feature. I believe this feedback could be valuable for enhancing the user experience and improving the overall quality of the service.

Issue Description: When requesting the generation of an image, I have repeatedly encountered a situation where, instead of receiving one high-quality image as expected, the system generates two separate images. These images often appear to be of lower quality, reminiscent of outputs from a basic 3D rendering program rather than the detailed and artistic illustrations typically produced by the model. They are also creapy sometimes. This anomaly significantly impacts the utility of the image generation feature for my projects.

They are surprisingly accurate, but they are - as you can see - puppets.

I tried a similar search - both via your chat and via google. Nowhere have I come across the same description of the problem.

Please either provide some logical explanation or at least let me know that you have taken this information and are dealing with it.
