Heya, help.openai.com is the best way to submit a ticket for the OpenAI team, though they are periodically present in this channel as well.

On the help site, open the chat widget, start a new chat, select the most relevant options, and you'll eventually find a path that lets you type your own message. This will submit a ticket that the OpenAI team can review and get back to you on. It may take some time (days) to get a response!
