This indicates that the message cap for a user in a ChatGPT Team workspace is approximately twice that of ChatGPT Plus. Each member of the workspace maintains an independent message cap.

In terms of transitioning accounts, users can have a ChatGPT Team plan alongside a ChatGPT Free or Plus account, allowing users to switch between workspaces.
