For hours I've been unable to use ChatGPT4. I tried multiple internet connections. I've tried logging out and in. I've tried web and mobile app. Unable to use ChatGPT Plus

It's still happening. The status page stays everything is up and running. So it's my account that's broken, it doesn't matter where I use it, it won't work with ChatGPT4. ChatGPT3.5 works fine, but it's not accurate to trust with anything non-fictional.

my fix is to send an image/pic on my phone to start a new chat and continue it on my desktop

For me I recently found it to be fixed. After it worked, clicking all old conversations said something like "error loading message {uuid}", I logged out and back in, still said that. I started a new convo ok. Then I tried loading old ones again and it worked. Seems to be in working order for me now.

(When mine didn't work, it didn't work on mobile either, existing conversations had the same failure. I tried starting a "voice" conversation on mobile and that didn't work either, but I didn't try submitting an image)
