I can't send a message to chatgpt

I am unable to send a message to chatgpt, I have a plus subscription precisely to increase its capacity and help me with the productivity of all my digital work, college studies, etc. And now I'm not able to send a message, in anonymous mode I even managed to use it for 1 day, but the next day it wasn't working either. The way I found to make it work is to create a GPTs, save it and then I can send him a message, and then I can open a conversation I already had or create a new one and talk about another subject with him. However, because I have to use it in anonymous mode, every time I will need to link to an external tool, for example document export, etc. I need to keep logging in, this is very annoying and time-consuming, in addition to not being able to open it and enter the conversation I have and continue my work, instead of speeding it up, I waste time trying to make it work. This leaves me very frustrated, making me rethink continuing to use it, as I am held hostage by what I am creating with it, since if it doesn't work I basically cannot move forward and due to the amount of activities I have to do this ends up affecting my entire routine. Please help me
