I am seeing a situation where after refreshing/reloading a conversation which experienced unexpected responses and error responses, some amount of valid AI responses no longer appear in the conversation history, and the User prompts surrounding the no longer present AI responses are concatenated into what appears to be a single user prompt in the UI
The attached screen shows three bounded areas with the numbers 1, 2, and 3. The text inside each of these three areas were originally separate user prompts which had valid AI responses. Though. If I recall correctly, I was experiencing strange generic AI responses as if the conversation context window had been lost, or messages saying "I can't help you with that request" but not appearing to be an integrity error message.
Because this situation only becomes evident after refreshing/reloading a conversation, and only seemingly after encountering strange AI responses which I have only seen once now, I have not confirmed the relationship between the generic contextless AI responses and the missing conversation history/prompt concatenation.
