#GPT-4 and custom gpt prompts not working at all

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Open gpt4 chat or custom gpt chat
  2. type a text / prompt you want to ask

Expected result:

reply of the text / prompt

Actual result:

doesn't generate text / prompt. (Instead says: Hmm...something seems to have gone wrong.) without giving any error code
