Can't send messages

Hey,

yesterday I noticed I can't send messages.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open a new chat
2. Type text
3. Press enter or click send button

Expected result:

See my input in the chat area and ChatGPT should answer

Actual result:

Clicking the send button shows a load icon that keeps spinning forever. Nothing happens.

Additional information

Browser: Google Chrome, current version
OS: Windows 10

I need ChatGPT for work. It's urgent :/
What causes the problem and how can I solve it?

Restarting, hard refresh, switching from Chrome to Firefox Developer version... Nothing helped.

Same here for Browser, it worked after cleaning Cache, but now, it's back to the issue.

I have the same problem, this for about three days. I tried in all browsers, clear cache, temp files, even use VPN and the problem persists.

fun fact ... chrome in incognito mode, after login i can operate without any problem ...

Same. Attached the console errors. Using Edge 122.0.2365.80 on Windows 11. As said, works on incognito mode.

Clearing the Local Storage for https://chat.openai.com seems to resolve the issue. https://www.leadshook.com/help/how-to-clear-local-storage-in-google-chrome-browser/
