Can't use chatgpt at all

Something weird happen since a couple of day. I can't use chatgpt, I can't reset my password on Facebook or Instagram, I never received any code by email or sms.
When I disconnect and reconnect on chatgpt, I get a Oopss, i'm banned.

Google did something for sure.
