Widespread Issue with Language (Alpha)

Hello OpenAI team, I'm always grateful for your hard work. I sincerely hope this message is seen and addressed promptly.

The issue appears to be related to the Language (Alpha) feature, I saw at least 30 people in the Korean community unable to use ChatGPT due to this problem today. Additionally, there is widespread feedback in Korea suggesting that the quality of translations is so poor that users prefer to keep their settings in English. Thanks!

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to ChatGPT interface and set the language preference to Korean.
2. Try entering text in the input field and press enter.

Expected result:

The system should process the input and generate a response accordingly.

Actual result:

No response is generated, and the system appears unresponsive to the input.
