Whenever I open the app, I get this error, and I can't do anything aside from view the chats that were already within the app before the error started. The web version works fine, although anything I do on there won't update within the app. I've tried on multiple devices and gotten the same result.

I am getting an android issue as well, I don't get that message, but I will have the turning wheel of loading forever
