ChatGPT chains multiple custom actions but the problem is it goes forever

ChatGPT shared link: https://chat.openai.com/gpts/editor/g-veSrMmasJ ChatGPT disregards custom action commands. Check custom action OpenAPI spec in the text I've attached and please check how it's run. It also sometimes disregards even required fields and don't pass them

Steps to reproduce:

1. Test the GPT
2. Example prompt: Summarize https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MTJZpO3bTpg

Expected result:

ChatGPT shouldn't disregards OpenAPI spec and obey required fields

Actual result:

ChatGPT omits OPENAPI spec and looks like try to do random things and mix parameters between different endpoints
