Yes, the Web Browsing feature is available for all Plus subscribers. Initially, it was introduced as a beta feature on May 12, 2023, and Plus users were given early access to try it out source (https://help.openai.com/en/articles/6825453-chatgpt-release-notes#h_9894d7b0a4). Later, on October 17, 2023, the Browsing feature moved out of beta, and Plus users no longer needed to switch the beta toggle to use it source (https://help.openai.com/en/articles/6825453-chatgpt-release-notes#h_6401b89b6b).

To enable the Web Browsing feature, follow these steps:

  1. Click on 'Profile & Settings'
  2. Select 'Beta features'
