Messages to ChatGPT is unresponsive.

Cannot send messages to ChatGPT on my computer.

What I have tried:
Multiple browsers with no extensions.
Clearing my cache.
Flushing my DNS.
Works on my computer.
Works on my phone on the same network with the same account.
Works on my phone on cellular with the same account.
Restarting my PC.

Context:
I upgraded build a new PC with the same SSD/HDD I had before and then upgraded to Windows 11. That's the only thing I can think is different but I believe I remember this problem occuring on my computer prior to the windows 11 update and new build.

Update: My clock was set wrong in my PC since the upgrade, so what I'm guessing is that the server wasn't receving my calls until much later. If people get this issue again, have them look at Date & Time settings
