Is this a bug?

Whenever i try to login with my email or account it appears this message, shouldn't the apks be working tought chat gpt doesn't necessarily needs Google services?
I even tried to login with Google but since my huawei p40 lite 2017 doesn't support Google services i just can use the web version. I hope open ai finds a solution for this!!
