OAuth enabled GPT: Users find it odd to see blank page and can't even activate keymate custom action

Steps to reproduce:

1. Command something to keymate gpt at https://chat.openai.com/g/g-veSrMmasJ-keymate-ai-search-gpt/
2. Login
3. Login success
4. Gives error but it never touches Keymate backend
5. Reproducible both user and our test user produced it

Expected result:

Action should be executed

Actual result:

Action says it's custom action error but it never executed custom action

They also shared something is wrong with GPT because of the screenshot I attached. It's not usual 3rd party accounts screenshot
