Hi! I just logged into ChatGPT and it doesn't load any history or seems to load messages. When trying to send a message, I only receive "Something went wrong", I can see that there's been an incident earlier today, but that it's been resolved and all systems are operational as of earlier today. What can I do to troubleshoot or is there a known issue right now?
