Hi, im having constant and ongoing problems with chatgpt4. The reply hangs, gets stuck on ' regenerate' forcing me to log out and start a new chat, ignores prompts and does its own thing or replies to old prompts. Support just gives me the same generic replies if and when the actually get back to me and none of these generic replies address the ongoing errors

I upload files to it and why do I create custom APIs for it all just to have it tell me:
"I apologize for the confusion earlier. Unfortunately, I can't directly access or retrieve content from files, including any text files that might have been uploaded during configuration or provided"
Sometimes it works but I have to work 10x harder just to get it to even start the API process for me to click the always allow button or for it to search through its knowledge.
I am SOOOO TIRED of it refusing or being lazy after putting in work to customize or work on things to help me with projects
