#Password reset not working chatGPT 4.0 account

I'm trying to change the password of my chatGPT 4.0 account and it's not sending me the emails to change the password.
Ofc i checked my info and it's all good.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Click on forgot password
  2. Place your email and click on the button send

Expected result:

Should send a email with information on how to change your password

Actual result:
It didn't send the email

Well , this got solved by signing in as Microsoft Account but still not sending the emails!
