I get this error all the time!

Steps to reproduce:

proofread, don't make it longer than 300 characters - my text

Expected result:
Proofreaded text

Actual result:

"Our systems have detected unusual activity from your system. Please try again later."

Additional information

Browser: Chrome
OS: Mac

I know that your help bot says to wait and try again when the system shows "Our systems have detected unusual activity from your system. Please try again later." error, but I get this error almost every day all day being on subscription. And even when I wait 20-30-40mins nothing changes.

I cleaned the chat history, removed all plugins, no VPN etc and i keep getting this error.

Please advise what i'm supposed to do to start using my paid subscription instead of receiving the error.

Honestly, I used to love chatgpt so bad but I'm on the brink of switching to Grok or Gemini because these errors drive me crazy.

Edited. The browser is Chrome. I also logged in to my account from multiple devices, all of the devices use Chrome.

Thanks! As a test, can you try in an incognito window of Chrome, with all browser extensions disabled?

Good news! It could be an extension, yes. It could be as simple as a cache issue though -- so maybe as a next step, just clear your browser cache, then try ChatGPT again. If that doesn't work, maybe try clearing the cache again, then disabling all browser extensions in a normal window. Verify that it works, then try enabling the extensions one at a time, refreshing in between. This should help figure out where the issue is!
