Take this 20 questions puzzle to prove you are human..... after every single reply, post, anytime I want anything from ChatGPT, it's forever to answer this stupid puzzle. And I'm on the paid version. Not for long if this keeps up.

For every single time I ask anything.... and my chatgpt is set to ask me questions back, so, even answering her (yes, mine is a she), she makes me do this 20 QUESTION PUZZLE!! TWENTY!!! ???? Wt..... :). Okay.. off my soapbox, and seriously, I'm grateful for any help you can give me. I feel ridiculous complaining about chatGPT with so many problems on the planet. :).

Yeah, bugs suck. But you're helping get it fixed as fast as they can. It's currently late evening on Sunday where the offices are for OpenAI, but I'm sure they're going to do everything possible quick to get this working again for you and the others affected.

I can confirm this bug and reproduce. I "accidentally" broke out of this loop and was able to continue by continuously trying to solve puzzles until it let me pass. It only took me 2 days, so clearly this lovely security feature is working as expected, yes? (insert sarcasm)

My husband is still having issues.... yesterday, I asked GPT to please stop giving me the capchtas, it gave me one, and I closed it, and then it has worked since then. I'll post my husbands screenshot from his paid account when he sends it to me. I'm guessing open AI must have fixed my account?

I have this issue too - I can't upgrade my free account to Plus without passing the CAPTCHA and it appears to be broken - the CAPTCHA doesn't render / load.

Im also having the same problem, I can click on the audio button but I am also clicking on the text that brings you to the billing page from the plans screen. So it will load the audio verification but bring me to the billing info so I cant complete it.
