Hi everyone! I'm facing an issue with my ChatGPT Plus account at work and seeking your advice. My account doesn't respond to queries in the office, though it works fine at home with the same setup. Interestingly, a non-premium account works without any issues on the same device and network at work.
Here's the situation:
Only happens at work; home and mobile networks are fine.
Issue is specific to my premium account.
Tried different browsers; no change.
My colleagues' accounts work fine.
I've followed OpenAI Support's troubleshooting steps (incognito mode, clearing cache/cookies) but the problem persists. It seems to be an interaction between my premium account and the office network. Since I rely on ChatGPT Plus for work, I'm looking for any insights or fixes. Any advice or similar experiences shared would be greatly appreciated!
