Based on the information provided in the extracts, there is currently no official release date for Sora. It is still a research project and it will likely be some time before it becomes generally available. At this time, Sora is becoming available to red teamers to assess critical areas for harms or risks, and to a number of visual artists, designers, and filmmakers to gain feedback on how to advance the model.
