This is an issue occurred since 21 Feb 2024.
Default GPT4 is unable to access any pdf file I uploaded.
I have tried with multiple pdf documents, including the pdfs that I used to chat with default GPT4 before this error occurred, however it is still not working.
Here is the reply from default GPT4:
It appears that the file you've uploaded, "XXXXXXX.pdf," is either empty or in a format that I'm unable to read. Could you please check the file and try uploading it again?

According to my confirmation with other members in the official server, not everyone is encountering the same problem, but I am also not the only one encountering this problem. I think this could be an issue doing with my account's subscription on GPT4.
I would like issue get fixed as soon as possible, or I would request a refund for this vital issue.

Steps to reproduce:
- Login to OpenAI
- Attach a pdf to Default GPT-4 turbo chat and ask if it can access and "read" the provided file
Expected result:
Able to "read" the content of the file with its multimodal feature
Actual result:
Raised a "Reading Document Error" when "reading" the file with its multimodal feature
