Dear Support Team,

I have been experiencing issues with the commercial version of GPT-3 for 5 days now. When I enter text, the bot does not respond to prompts, does not generate text, and does not give any reaction.

I have tried:

Switching to different versions (3.5, 4+)
Disabling plugins
Clearing the cache
Checking the status on status.openai (which says that everything is fine with the bot)

Account type: Commercial
Browser: Google
Operating system: windows 11

Hello! By "disabling plugins" do you mean disabling browser extensions? If not, can you try in an incognito window with all extensions disabled?

No, it doesn't work.

I disabled all plugins, checked on different browsers, disabled antivirus, VPN, and proxy... Nothing helps.

I click on "send message" and the bot doesn't react as if it doesn't receive the message.

Can you try in Firefox? Either a fresh install, or in a private window with all extensions disabled?

Yes ... Yes, I have tried on different devices: iPhone, iPad, Windows 10. The effect is the same everywhere. I think the problem is with my account.
