#ChatGPT 4 won't save answers on Edge browser and won't even let me retry on Android

This is for a chat I am using for brainstorming for a story, so to prevent revealing spoilers for that story, I do not wish to share the chat link publicly. I am OK with being DM'd for it, though.

Steps to reproduce:
Using GPT-4, when given "There was an error generating a response", click the green button that says Regenerate.

Expected result:
Answer regenerates and completes normally and saves so I can access it from any device and for all devices to show that I am using the same GPT model for it (in this case the intended model is GPT-4).

Actual result:
A network error occurs when the answer completes on Microsoft Edge, disabling me from seeing it on my Android device. The chat is correctly set to use GPT-4 on Edge; but in Android, the chat is saying it is using ChatGPT 3.5, with no way to change the model to ChatGPT 4 or to regenerate the missing answer. Clearing the cache on all devices, logging out and back in to ChatGPT, disabling my VPN, and uninstalling and reinstalling the app on Android are all of no help.

Additional information

Browser: Edge (on desktop), ChatGPT app (on mobile)
