Unable to ChatGPT load history on Chrome, Firefox, and on my phone

I'm getting this on both Chrome and Firefox, I tried to log out and log back in and clear my cookies but its still happening. I also downloaded the chatgpt app and even that's not loading any history

Hello! On your phone, does your history load if you turn off WiFi and connect to your cellular network, then try logging in in a private window of your browser?

no it doesnt load on my cellular and private mode on firefox i just tried i keep getting the cog wheel spinning
