Steps to reproduce:
Upload an image with a prompt, for example, analyse this image
Expected result:
For response to be generated
Actual result:
Image uploads, however i get the error message
"Hmm...something seems to have gone wrong."
"There was an error generating a response"
When I then try to start a new chat by clicking the ChatGPT button and pencil icon nothing happens. Broken link.
Additional information
Browser: have tried latest version of Chrome, Firefox and Safari for IOS. Tried in incognitio mode and flushed out cache
