Bug Report: Unable to Attach Images

Description: When attempting to upload and attach images in GPT-4, an error message occurs stating, "There was an error generating a response." Clicking "Regenerate" does not resolve the issue, and the error persists.

Steps to Reproduce:

Navigate to the image upload feature in GPT-4.
Select an image file to upload.
Attempt to attach the image to the response.
Observe the error message: "There was an error generating a response."

Expected Behavior: Uploading and attaching images should function without errors, allowing users to include images in their responses seamlessly.

Actual Behavior: Error message "There was an error generating a response" prevents successful attachment of images, despite attempting to regenerate.

Additional Information:

Occurs consistently across multiple attempts.
Issue observed on windows 10 and iPhone accross multiple browsers including the app, however, with a different error message "Hmm...something seems to have gone wrong.".
No error codes or further diagnostic information provided.

Yep. Status page says everything is operational but only GPT 3.5 actually works.

Hey folks, my ChatGPT Vision stopped working, every time I upload a picture I get a server error
The pictures always upload correctly, then when I press enter ChatGPT "thinks" for a few seconds and invariably it returns a server error. It's been going on for a few days and it's super annoying, anybody else experienced the same? Happens both on mobile and desktop, tried to clear the cache and reinstall the app to no avail. Tried to contact OpenAI support through their help chat but just got an automated message and when I provided more details nobody cared to follow up

there is also an issue with downloading images provided by it, it is also not being able to download, says file is not on the server
