I keep getting this error message when I type anything past one entry into ChatGPT 4. I have to clear chat and start a new chat, does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this? Thank you

@solar quest Yes I do, is there a way to keep training turned off and bypass this? I have used the feature with training turned off in the past and never had this problem but it appears to becoming an increasing problem that is impacting the user experience with the service. I tried signing off and signing back on and clearing browser cookies/history but nothing seems to be resolving it. When I turned training on I was able to use it like I did in the past but I would like to turn training off on my input and have the same experience I have always had

Hey sorry for this bug... it's something we're working on fixing. If your concern is around training on your data, there's a way to opt out of training through the Privacy Portal. Look for instructions on this page: https://help.openai.com/en/articles/7730893-data-controls-faq under the heading, "What if I want to keep my history on but disable model training?"

Thank you I noticed there was one completed in 2023 after I submitted the other one just now, I will wait for the bug to be fixed regardless before using the paid service.
