#ChatGPT giving errors on almost all requests

**Steps to reproduce:**

It does work on Chrome on MacOS, but nowhere else. Also, sometimes it names the chats in Italian (I live in Canada and only speak English)```

Actually, I was wrong about the fact it works on Chrome. It worked once, it now it's the same as all the others.

It seems it keeps defaulting to 3.5 which is why it appeared to work the first time I tried it on Chrome. But in 4, it's the same story. It can't produce any results at all, just errors.

I have now tried it over radio rather than WiFi with the same results. ChatGPT 4 fails to answer any and all questions with one or another error message. It also keeps labelling my chats in other languages. Italian and French, so far.

Anything involving images or code fails every time across all devices, browsers, apps, and networks. ChatGPT can only answer questions in text and it can browse with Bing.

I have been having the same issue regarding upoading images and any other pdfs.

It seems to be working for me today. At least for now.
