While using the voice chat feature on ChatGPT iOS app, ChatGPT finished reading a response to me and paused for my prompt. I sneezed, and it attempted to respond. The response was completely off-topic from my previous prompts, so I stopped the voice chat and read the prompt it had transcribed. It appears to be from another conversation, and not one in my account.
