[Use Case]

I upload original image i have and say "Change to crying" → First AI Image is generated.
I say "Change to black hair" → Second AI image is generated.

It didn't entirely work for me either unfortunately,

Prompt: Change the background to a nighclub but keep everything else the same.

Then it refused to generate different seeds of the same prompt.

Hi Just Jo.

Thank you very much for using my gpts and leaving comments.

The way it makes the consistent image is always keeping the same seed number.

Dall-e is structured to create new images every time (Not changing the specific region from the original image), so it is impossible to maintain perfect consistency.

What you did(=what you uploaded)is exactly what I intended

I'm sorry if It didn't meet your expectations.

I hope other users use it thinking that the above level of consistency is maintained.

#1177881410720256010 message I had made this which is similar to what you are trying to achieve, thing that helped the most was telling the GPT to 'Create the first DALL-E image with the prompt. use the previous image's 'gen_id' as this DALL-E call's 'referenced_image_ids'
Are you doing a similar approach?

Thanks for sharing this. This has given me idea to adapt to my own gpt where i was trying to do something very similar, but just for some characters.
My GPT adviced me to use the seed, the prompt and the image id. That's absolutely great... Except that the result cannot be the same between gpt 4 and gpt 4.o. but definitely an improvement of the method I was using before (basically using the original prompt)

It's an honor to have contributed to your GPT creation.

With the release of GPT-o, many features have been made available to free users, but unfortunately, the image generation feature was excluded.

It's very disappointing that it has even disappeared from the GPT Store category 😊

When you generate images directly in the chat, any changes you make afterward tend to work pretty well. The image stays fairly consistent because it uses the same seed each time. However, when you upload your own images, the results aren't as reliable. This is probably because the new image is created just based on the description and doesn't use the same seed.

Well... 4 hours I was fighting with chatgpt... For what? To get simple answers why my custom gpt was totally dumb. At the end I asked the version he was using... 4.o. ok... I give up. This version is a disaster...

I'm sorry to hear that Consistent Image Generator was not able to fulfill your requirement.

However, I tried to make rimless glassess with ChatGPT's official DALL·E GPT, i was not able to do so.

Which means it's not a matter of Consistent Image Generator itself but it's a matter of ChatGPT not supporting it.

Please understand that CHATGPT's DALL·E is not perfect tool and have many restrictions probably to avoid future arguments with other companies.

Anyway, thanks for trying my gpts and leave a comment!

I've added lot's of new features recently. When you upload a image, now it provides three prompts instead of directly providing a image.

I believe it will be more helpful for the users.

Please let me know if you have any feedback on the new feature.
