Hi, I recently got email from OpenAI saying were unable to process my payment because the mastercard declined. However my currently balance has around $100. Should I worried about the email as it said my API access will be suspended?

Does anyone know how can I pay the bill by balance rather then mastercard, since my balance has enough credits ?

Call your bank and tell them to not decline the charges. Then try the transaction again...
