DALL-E occasionally generates 2 lower quality pictures

Bug Report:

Steps to reproduce:

1. generate multiple pictures using a custom GPT. Might happen too with GPT-4 directly. (not tested with the dalle GPT)
2. occasionally, dalle will produce 2 pictures instead of 1. And those 2 pictures will have a noticeably different style. The lower quality pictures ressemble the "natural" style available with the API

Expected result:

dalle-3 in chatGPT should always use the same style. (preferably the "vivid" style)

Actual result:

Sometime, dall-e in chatGPT is generating 2 lower quality pictures. (seems to be "natural" style)
