I'm posting here hoping that SOMEONE at OpenAI takes support seriously. I have support tickets submitted that have not been looked at for weeks. More recently - in the last week - I purchased $50 worth of API tokens and was charged on my credit card for those tokens, but those tokens do not appear on my account. This is totally unacceptable. How do I get through to get any service at all? I am very frustrated.
