Bug Report:

Steps to reproduce:

  1. do something in code interpreter
  2. close the window, go away for a while
  3. come back, do things again, just let it test python environment

Expected result:

successful basic operations like 1+1 or print test

Actual result:

Error with no error message, GPT itself is unable to fix the issue
