after 6 input requests I get a message 'reached the current usage cap for GPT-4 Plus'. When requested to give me bullet points it was saying that was not able to do so.

Hello, before you sent the 6 messages, had it been more than three hours since you'd last used it? That's how long it takes for the usage cap to reset fully.

I did not do any of what you ask. Just started this morning the one and only conversation that didn't last more than 6 messages and very short. I asked it to give me a one page article in bullet points format and it would not do so, giving me only a small paragraph of 5 lines. Requested if it could give me the details and provide it in bullet points format again, but it would not, in a few words saying I had to do it myself, till it said reached the limit only after a few requests in 3-5min time.
