Sometimes when I ask ChatGPT to do something, it will use analysis to attempt to solve it, or generate an image. Sometimes it does analysis on things that older versions were capable of just doing. I want to be able to turn off external api's for GPT-4, because it will sometimes decide to make an image, or run an analysis, when I just want to talk to it, or have it do the task using itself.
