Hi @blissful shoal. I'm kapa.ai, your friendly support bot. I will try to answer your question by searching through the knowledge base.
The information provided in the extracts does not directly compare the rate limits of ChatGPT Team and ChatGPT Plus. However, it is mentioned that ChatGPT Plus subscribers have a usage cap for GPT-4, which is dynamically adjusted based on demand and system performance. As of a certain date, the limit was 40 messages every 3 hours, later increased to 50 messages every 3 hours source (https://help.openai.com/en/articles/6825453-chatgpt-release-notes#h_e65b44764b).
For paying customers, a rate limit of 200 requests and 10,000 tokens per minute is mentioned, but it's not clear if this applies to ChatGPT Team or another service source (https://community.openai.com/t/373912).
It's also stated that a ChatGPT Team subscription grants access to GPT-4 in a team member’s Personal workspace, even if they don’t have a ChatGPT Plus account source (https://community.openai.com/t/602817).
To get a definitive answer, you may want to refer to the official OpenAI documentation or reach out to OpenAI support.

Seems like something you should know, it's been advertised for a couple of weeks. @leaden harness

I apologize for any confusion. Based on the information provided in the extracts, it's clear that ChatGPT Team and ChatGPT Enterprise offer access to advanced models like GPT-4 and DALL·E 3, along with other features such as Advanced Data Analysis source (https://help.openai.com/en/articles/6825453-chatgpt-release-notes). However, the specific rate limits or request caps for these plans in comparison to ChatGPT Plus or the free model are not explicitly stated in the provided extracts.
For the most accurate and up-to-date information, I recommend checking the official OpenAI documentation or reaching out to OpenAI support. They should be able to provide the specific details you're looking for.

If GPT Teams is a better value for GPT-4 messages, then I would switch to it. Is that the pitch? Are you trying to get me to just quit my Plus subscription and get Teams as a replacement? Also, what features are exclusive to GPT-Plus subscribers that GPT Team does not have @leaden harness ?
Let me check the knowledge base for you. One moment! :books:
Based on the provided extracts, the ChatGPT Team plan is designed for organizations and businesses wishing to adopt ChatGPT for use among their teams. It offers access to advanced models like GPT-4 and DALL·E 3, and tools like Advanced Data Analysis. It also includes a dedicated collaborative workspace for your team and admin tools for team management source (https://help.openai.com/en/articles/6825453-chatgpt-release-notes).
The ChatGPT Plus subscription, on the other hand, is designed for individual users and offers access to GPT-4, which is great for tasks that require creativity and advanced reasoning. This model is available exclusively to Plus users source (https://help.openai.com/en/articles/7864572-what-is-the-chatgpt-plus-model-selector).
Whether ChatGPT Team is a better value for you would depend on your specific needs. If you require a collaborative workspace and the ability to use advanced models and tools with your team, then ChatGPT Team could be a better fit. However, if you're an individual user who doesn't require these additional features, then ChatGPT Plus might be more suitable.
As for features exclusive to GPT-Plus subscribers that GPT Team does not have, the provided extracts do not specify any such features. Both plans offer access to advanced models like GPT-4, but the specific features and benefits may vary. For the most accurate and up-to-date information, I recommend checking the official OpenAI documentation or reaching out to OpenAI support.
